How is Castellan different from other service providers?

We provide comprehensive coverage of your entire home. Where other vendors are focused on maintaining a single system (HVAC) or completing a specific task (handyman) to the exclusion of everything else in your home.

We strive to establish and maintain complete situational awareness of every aspect of your home and auto. Through our regular service calls, we are able to identify anomalies before they become full-blown issues for early identification and quick resolution.

Castellan Service Associates is not a home improvement company. We will never try to talk you into a major project or renovation. We are solely focused on keeping what you have working as long and as efficiently as possible.

A unique aspect of our service is that the home / account manager and service tech is the same person. We want to build a partnership with you and as your trusted agent, keep your largest investments working in top condition.


What flexibility do I have?

Every aspect of our service plan is tailorable. From scope to schedule, our service offerings scale to meet your needs and expectations.

Don’t need us to take care or your cars? No problem.

Have a trusted vendor that you want to keep using? Great! We’ll be happy to fit in with your existing team.

You even have control over the duration of our service agreement. While we hope to work with you for years to come, you can adjust the tempo of scheduled service visits, suspend, or cancel at any time - with a 30-day notice.


Do I need to be home during the service?

We’re happy to work with you directly, but you do not need to be home during our service call.

Many of our customers provide an access code or make other arrangements for us to access their house and complete our service visit.
